Who is Rollfly for?

Products

What’s the difference between Club Training, Club Race, Marathon/Road and Pro Aero?

Club Training Suit – daily practice, youth programs, first team kit

Club Race Suit – coordinated team identity with a sharper race-ready look

Marathon / Road Suit – long-distance comfort, ventilation, rear pockets

Pro Aero Race Suit – performance-oriented fit and panel construction for inline speed skating

Are Rollfly suits the same as cycling skinsuits?

No. Rollfly suits are developed for the skating stance — pre-shaped knees, hips and shoulders for the crouch, the corner and the sprint — not saddle posture.

What fabrics do you use?

Common platforms include polyester/spandex and nylon/spandex four-way stretch knits, mesh ventilation panels, and optional compression layouts. Exact fabric, GSM and composition are confirmed per project.

What zipper do you use?

Many suits use a YKK invisible back zip. Two-way zips and other zipper placements can be discussed for project orders.

Do Rollfly suits crack or peel?

Rollfly uses digital sublimation for team colors, logos, names and numbers. Sublimation embeds color into the fabric and does not peel like heat-transfer vinyl under normal training use.

Sampling & Production

How long does sampling take?

Usually 7–10 days after artwork and size list are confirmed.

How long does bulk production take?

It depends on product type, order quantity, artwork approval and current production schedule. A project-specific estimate is given after quoting.

Can I see a sample before bulk production?

Yes. Sampling is recommended for clubs and OEM clients before confirming large orders.

Will bulk order match the approved sample?

Production follows the approved sample, fabric, sizing and artwork. Changes after approval should be discussed before bulk cutting.

Sizing

What size system do you use?

Rollfly can work with EU, US and Asia size references. Junior sizes typically cover 100–160 cm; adult sizes vary by pattern.

How do I choose the right size?

Share height, weight, chest, waist and hip measurements. Rollfly can advise size selection or discuss custom measurements for project orders.

Do you keep size records for reorders?

Returning teams can request stored design files, size records and previous specifications to simplify future orders. Reorder process is confirmed per project.

OEM / Private Label

Do you offer OEM or private-label production?

Yes. Rollfly can discuss private-label inline speed skating apparel, including product selection, branding, labels, hangtags, packaging and order quantities.

What do you need to evaluate my OEM project?

Send:

  • target products
  • estimated order quantity
  • design files or tech pack
  • branding/label requirements
  • preferred fabric and sizing system

Can you protect my designs?

Project files are handled for production. For confidential OEM projects, confirm IP/design-handling terms in writing before sending artwork.

Shipping & Payment

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Rollfly works with clubs, teams and B2B buyers internationally. Destination, customs documents and shipping method are confirmed per order.

What shipping methods are used?

Express courier or freight forwarding can be discussed depending on order size, deadline and destination.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment terms are confirmed per project. Common B2B methods include bank transfer and agreed platforms. Full terms are shared in the quotation.

Common options include:
Payment for new orders via the Alibaba platform
Bank transfer
PayPal payment

Who pays import duties and taxes?

This depends on the agreed trade terms. Always confirm whether the price is EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP or similar.

Quality and Returns

Can custom-made garments be returned?

Custom garments are typically produced to order; therefore, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind (e.g., "I no longer want it"). However, we will address issues involving manufacturing defects, printing errors, or non-compliance with specifications on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if there is a quality issue?

Please provide photos and order details as soon as possible after receiving the goods. Rollfly will verify whether the issue deviates from the confirmed sample or specifications and propose an appropriate solution.
Hassle-free after-sales service: Minor printing issues may qualify for a discount depending on the situation, while major quality issues may be eligible for a free remake.

How do you ensure quality control?

Our standard process includes: incoming fabric inspection → pattern and layout checks → sublimation printing inspection → cutting and sewing process checks → finished garment measurements → packaging inspection.
