Rollfly Technology

Rollfly does not claim Olympic wind-tunnel certification on every suit. We focus on the things clubs and private-label buyers can actually verify: stretch recovery, seam construction, print durability, skating-specific patterning and repeatable production.

Fabric system

Common Rollfly suit platforms include:

  • Training knit: 220–260 g/m², balanced stretch and durability
  • Race knit: 230–280 g/m², smoother surface, higher recovery
  • Mesh ventilation: side waist, underarm and hamstring zones
  • Compression panels: quad, glute, core and calf support options
  • Cut-resistant panels: available for short-track / mass-start projects; EN 388-rated blends on request

All fabric claims are confirmed per order. GSM, composition and stretch recovery can be stated in the production spec sheet.

Inline-specific pattern

Inline speed skating is not cycling. Rollfly patterns are developed around:

  • deep knee bend
  • forward-leaning torso
  • repetitive weight transfer on corners
  • frame/scuff contact at outer hip and knee

This means pre-articulated sleeves, knees and hips — not a generic athletic onesie.

Printing & branding

Digital sublimation embeds color into the fabric

Logos, names, numbers and sponsor artwork can be placed per team file

Vector files (.ai / .eps / .pdf) are preferred; high-res PNG accepted for simple artwork

Sublimation avoids the peeling/cracking common with heat-transfer vinyl on low-cost suits

Construction

YKK back zip options

Flatlock or overlock stitching by product tier

Rolled/hemmed sleeve and leg finishes

Silicone leg grippers available

Bonded panels available on project-based race suits

Quality process

1.Fabric incoming check

2.Pattern and marker check

3.Sublimation color and registration check
